The first phase of the redevelopment of the grounds at Northcote Manor is now complete and has involved the construction of small private patios for the new groundfloor bedrooms. Large new lawns, planting beds and natural stone pathways and perimeter wall complete the project.

Teresa's design is classic and timeless and has an air of romance and history that's reminiscent of some of our true heritage gardens. The whole area is a masterclass in the art of understatement using reclaimed, locally sourced materials, sympathetic planting, and no one part of the finished garden jostling for the viewer's attention. In fact the only things it demands of it's visitors is that they sit, relax, enjoy and unwind. And maybe have a glass of something chilled and bubbly.

" Two thousand tonnes of lovingly excavated clay.
One hundred year old kiln fired Accrington brick pavers.
One hundred and fifty square metres of honest to goodness Yorkshire flagstones. Cut and hand dressed on site.
Forty tonnes of walling stone reclaimed from t' mills of Lancashire.
Fylde coast top soil, stomped down by foot and hand covered with finest sun ripened turf.

This isn't just landscaping.
This is Transform Landscapes landscaping."
